Thanks for sharing your story, Petar.

I notice how important it is to have physical reminders. I also had some quotes printed/written in sticky notes. I still have a picture I printed of a Lion (to remind myself of the chronotype of a morning lark, which was represented as a Lion in a book I read 😄)

We need repetition of these ideas so they finally stick and we make the change in mindset

In the beginning, I found the reminders very helpful until I made the routines and built the habits.

Now, I have only a big picture of a lion as you 😄 and some sticky notes to fight the other demons.
